The Livingstone Tourism Association (LTA) existed without putting together issues that needed to be addressed by authorities. We contracted Mike to work on the Needs Assessment for our destination-Livingstone, Zambia. Then we realized that we also needed a Strategic Plan to move our Association forward. Mike worked on both projects effectively and within the shortest period. We are now using the LTA Strategic Plan as our benchmark to move forward.
