Following our successful development of a new brand and marketing strategy for Sierra Leone, we led a multi-faceted team to develop a 10-year Sustainable Tourism Master Plan for the country, together with our partners Keios Consulting.
The plan includes a clear vision, positioning, growth targets, goals and strategies for promoting sustainable and balanced tourism development. It includes a spatial guide plan with Tourism Development Areas and Tourism Priority Zones, as well as a practical and detailed implementation Action Plan
