We worked in partnership with Strategy&, commissioned by the Ministry of Tourism, to develop a Visitor Journey model for the Kingdom. We tested the model through conducting field evaluations at key visitor points in cities and provinces in KSA, sending a team of qualified consultants on mystery visits and using an agreed evaluation methodology. A well structured reporting template was used to report on and prioritise findings.

The assignment entailed benchmarking and field visits to key destinations and we also delivered a training session on experiential tourism to key staff in the MoT.

Strategic Master Plan for Sustainable Tourism in Sierra Leone
We developed a 10-year sustainable Tourism Master Plan for Sierra Leone
