The vision is for Yanbu to become the Heritage Heartbeat of the Saudi Red Sea Coast, combining the historical town with the beautiful beachfront.
Mike Fabricius acted as project leader on behalf of TEAM Tourism for a complete master plan design for the Yanbu Beachfront. Our work started with a detailed site analysis (physical, environmental, engineering, etc.) and a market potential analysis. Based on this a future vision and strategy was developed, culminating in detailed urban design work, rendering perspectives to visualise the development proposals, an outline viability study and organizational proposals.
