Together with our partners Beed Consulting we prepared an overall water-based tourism development strategy for Rwanda, accompanied by tourism development concepts, detailed feasibility studies and investment promotion materials for 4 Lake destinations i.e. Lake Kivu, Twin Lakes, Lake Muhazi and Lake Ruweru.
The project entailed substantial desk research, two weeks of field studies, stakeholder workshops and interviews and benchmark studies.
