We assisted the Cape Winelands tourism team with implementing a marketing program and then advised the team in developing a business plan and sustaining the implementation.
The project entailed regular meetings with the tourism team and coaching them through the planning and implementation process. This entailed implementation advice, assistance during meetings with local tourism bureaus, budgeting, monitoring, etc.
